Motor Recoveries – Paralegal/Litigation Executive - Greater Manchester – Up to £25,000- REF 629818SM

The Role

Excellent chance to become part of a prestigious top-tier law firm that provides expert legal guidance to a diverse clientele of Private Insurance Clients.

As a result of the growth and enhancement of the company's Recoveries Team, there is a current need to hire a File Handler/Paralegal to collaborate with the current team in managing the legal aspects of the recovery process.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a legal setting, as they will be responsible for managing their own caseload involving litigation. It is essential for them to have a comprehensive understanding of claim issuance and the deadlines set by the CPR (Civil Procedure Rules).

There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong individual with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.

The Candidate

• Previous experience running a litigated motor recoveries case load
• Experience working in a legal environment
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
