What you will be responsible for in the Felicity J Lord Hub “FJL Hub”

Each of our Mortgage and Protection Advisers, working within our “FJL Hub” in Sutton Surrey, holds an essential role in being the 'face' of the Just Mortgages brand. You will enjoy a role delivering high quality mortgage and protection services to your clients & those introduced to you from our successful FJL network of offices.

To ensure the recurrent growth of the business, coupled with providing a customer service that continues to exceed industry standards, you will focus on gaining the trust and business of your Estate Agency colleagues, prospective clients and building a portfolio of strong relationships.

On a daily basis, your working day will include gathering information from colleagues, preparation for future appointments and generating new business from the provision of Mortgage & Protection based advice direct to our clients.

Furthermore, your role as an adviser is to ensure your client fully understands the products and services available to them and that they receive correct and compliant financial advice. To ensure our customer service continues to exceed industry standards, you will play a significant part in your client’s home-buying journey by being there every step of the way until they receive the keys to their brand-new home. 

What you will need

This role is ideal if you have a sales background and have achieved CeMaP1 qualification or are a current Mortgage and Protection Adviser within an Estate Agency or a New Homes division.

As the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Just Mortgages, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your colleagues and clients.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
