Talent Tent isdelighted to be working with the Money Partnership Team to find aqualified Mortgage Adviser to both work with existing customers andattract new business.

Therole

The Money Partnership aims totake the worry away from making big financial decisions and workwith customers to guide them into a better position.

As a MortgageAdvisor you will be a key part of the team delivering this and willmake an impactby;

• Championing andmaintaining good customeroutcomes

• Keep uptodate withmortgage deals products technical or legislative changes within themarketplace

• Compliance inall its forms; both internal and externalregulation

• Networking tobuild relationships and your customerbase

• Maintaining excellentrecords

• Achieving yourtargets and KPIs

Aboutyou

Our ideal candidate will be anatural networker able to develop relationships with prospectiveclients based on trust and confidence.

You will already be aqualified (Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification) Mortgage Adviserand have achieved Competent Advisor Status in a previous role.

This is a small team with ambitions for growthso the ability to work together toward one vision will be essentialas well as the agility to respond to the changing needs of a growthbusiness.

You may not have 100% of thesecredentials or you may be partqualified but dont let this put youoff we want to hear from great candidates with the rightmotivations to succeed.

Based in Risca Newportyou will work four days per week in the office and receive agenerous holiday allowance of 28 days plus bankholidays.
