This Mortgage Administrator job in Chatham gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting with processing mortgage applications; updating clients / estate agents; processing protection applications; chasing solicitors and completing all relevant compliance paperwork.
Their Mortgage Advisors write high levels of business; therefore, you will have a busy pipeline of cases to assist with.
Mortgage Administrator Requirements * You should have 1+ years’ experience within a property related role (property, lettings, mortgages, conveyancing etc) * Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail * A good practical understanding of Outlook, Word, and ExcelThe CompanyLong established financial services firm offering wealth planning and mortgage advice to their new and existing clients.
They have built a successful business with high levels of client retention through focusing on providing personal, quality and tailored advice to each clientMortgage Administrator Benefits * Salary of up to £26,000 * Plus, discretionary bonus, 23 days holiday + bank holidays and pension * Working hours of 9am - 5.
