About the Role:

As a Model Booker, you will play a crucial role in managing model bookings across both boards, working closely with our Greater Manchester-based team.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can hit the ground running and bring their previous expertise to this busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote talent to various clients, including fashion brands, retailers, casting directors, advertising agencies, and production companies.
• Independently negotiate fees, usages, and contracts.
• Oversee the personal management and career growth of all models.
• Organise model accommodation and travel bookings as needed.
• Curate and update model portfolios with images.

Requirements:

• Must be Northern-based.
• Preference for candidates with model/actor booking experience.
• Existing client and agency relationships are preferable.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Meticulous planner and organiser with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Details:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience plus commission
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
• Location: Office-based in South Manchester. This is a fully office based role with the possibility of hybrid work after the probation period.
• Holidays: 21 annual holidays plus bank holidays.
