The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklift trucks, as well as providing technical support to our customers.On Offer:35,000 - £37,000 Basic Salary for a 40 hour weekVehicle and Fuel CardHigh amount of overtime offeredOngoing bonuses and benefitsHome-based engineer with door to door payAdvancement opportunities within the companyA supportive and inclusive work environmentProviding ongoing training and development opportunitiesRequirements:A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in forklift maintenance and repairExperience working as a forklift engineerExperience with a variety of forklift trucks, including diesel, electric and LPGA good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environmentA valid driver's licenseResponsibilities:Carry out servicing and repairs to forklift trucks and related equipmentDiagnose faults and carry out repairs to engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical componentsConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation of forklift trucksProvide technical support and advice to customers and colleaguesComplete job cards and maintain accurate records of work carried outMaintain a clean and safe working environmentIf you meet the above requirements and are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing company, please submit your application today.
