Fabric Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Cornwall - up to £31,000 + Van & Fuel CardAn excellent opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across the Cornwall area has arisen!GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract based in Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.This position would be ideal for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £31,000 + Van & Fuel Card.Key duties & Responsibilities:Carry out all aspects of M&E / Fabric maintenanceLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log books Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to £31,000PLENTY of overtimeMonday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysCompany Van & Fuel Card Requirements Trade Qualification - (Desired)Good communication skillsClient Facing Posted by Johnny White
