Camino Search are currently partnered with a highly acquisitive, PE backed SaaS company based out of London who are looking for an M&A Manager to join their team.
You will join an established and experienced team pursue a very aggressive buy and build strategy across Europe.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential acquisition targets.
- Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Modeling: Evaluate potential transactions.
- Deal Execution: Help to overseer transaction from initiation to closure.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate on acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years within TS OR IB, and, 1+ years within a Corporate development function in a software company
- PE-backed experience a plus.
