Pearse Partners are working with a well regarded and ambitious Mid-Market Corporate Finance Adviser who are searching for a Director to join their Technology team.
The team have had a lot of success in a number of sectors across technology and with a strong pipeline this role is a growth hire. They're looking for someone who has strong execution experience within the sector along with a track record or the ability to originate new deals.
Ideal Background:
- +8/9 years experience within a Bank/Boutique or accounting firm within M&A
- Experience of working on technology transactions
- Experience in a technology corporate development role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong work ethic, organisational skills and ability to multitask is crucial
