Merchandiser in Bugbrooke

Salary Up to £35,000 dependant upon experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our expanding Memento Exclusives team!

Memento Exclusives is revolutionising the world of sports memorabilia and manufacturing, and partners with sports such as F1, UFC, MotoGP and more.

Through our partnerships with we design, develop and deliver cutting-edge products and services into the marketplace, bringing fans closer to the sport, teams and athletes they love.

About The Role

The role of Merchandiser will support our internal production and E-commerce teams.

The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, possess strong organisational and communication skills and will actively look to improve on the current processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring existing product for obsolescence, re-order and stock levels
• Create and monitor the integrity of all new items created in the ERP system
• Set RRP’s for the items in the ERP system as per agreed pricing matrixes and policies
• Raising PO requisitions and ensuring that they are in line with Purchase Budgets and OTB’s (Open to Buys)
• Regularly review the landed cost templates to ensure our estimates are accurate
• Review weekly sales, stocks and intakes and identify any gaps in product supply
• Creating and reviewing existing internal works orders for our production teams
• Reviewing re-order points in relation to sales performance
• Proposing any 3rd Party re orders
• Liaising with our E-comms, B2B and sales teams to assist in the forecasting

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous experience within the Supply Chain modules of an ERP system, preferably NetSuite
• Excellent at prioritisation and has the ability to plan and organise effectively
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is extremely proficient in Excel and is competent in other Microsoft Applications
• Interest in motor racing and other sports would be advantageous.
