Mechanical Site SupervisorLocation - WolverhamptonSalary - £38K Plus PackageTXM Recruit are currently working with a leading M&E company that offers comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance services across many sectors. Due to this company’s growth, they are in search for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to assist with the delivery of several projects across the Wolverhampton area.Working solely within their property care sector, the Mechanical Site Supervisor will be overseeing their maintenance projects within occupied social housing and local authority properties.The Mechanical Site Supervisor duties include but are not limited to – * Supervising and leading all labour on site (direct and sub-contract), along with delegating all tasks to the correct operatives and overseeing all productivity * Reporting and keeping in communication with the Contracts Supervisor, Contracts Manager and Office staff – this will include discussing all stages of work with the Contracts Supervisor. * Identifying rectification works * Site Surveys * Quality control * Keeping site safe, solving issues when they arise, and completing daily reports to keep an accurate record of both who is on site and what tasks have been undertaken. * Prioritising work to ensure smooth delivery of works * Building relationships within the company and with clients and sub-contractors.Mechanical Site Supervisor Requirements – * Must have social housing and light commercial experience * Must hold a recognised Mechanical qualification * A full UK Driving License * Experience of BCWS, HIUS. * SMSTS, IOSHBenefits – * Company van * Fuel card * Uniform * Mobile phone and tablet * 21 days annual leave + BH * Career progression * PensionIf you are a Mechanical Site Supervisor looking for a new role apply now or call Elle-Mae Ball at TXM on (phone number removed).TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
