An excellent role has arisen in a corporate company based in The Shard for a marketing coordinator.
The Company
- The company are a firm that specialise in intellectual property which includes copyright and trademarks for well-known brands, and patents for inventions.
- Clients include social media, technology, AI, electronics, aerospace and pharmaceutical companies.
The Team
The team currently consists of a digital marketing executive and a BD executive, supported by a marketing intern, and the marketing coordinator will be the fourth member of the team.
The Role
The marketing coordinator can look forward to a broad role with a high level of autonomy.
Day to day you will have responsibility for:
- Develop written and visual content for designed digital and printed materials, such as proposals, brochures, invites, adverts and webpages
- Collaborate on the production of submissions for various legal and IP directories
- Assist partners with proposal production where necessary
- Responsibility of event management logistics and coordination
- Updating the firm’s social media channels and scanning for opportunities on a regular basis
- Proofreading corporate literature, including brochures, flyers, news content and articles
- Updating and uploading news content on our website
- Identifying relevant business development targets for the firm
The Requirements
- The firm are ideally seeking a marketing coordinator who has experience in a corporate company (such as a law firm or financial services) or IP related sector (such as a technology or pharmaceutical company).
- You may already be a marketing coordinator looking for a new challenge, or you could be a marketing assistant looking for the next step.
For the right candidate, they may consider making the role a marketing executive level role, so if you are a coordinator looking to step up into an exec role please do apply.
Experience with the following would be great but not essential:
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- WordPress
- Photoshop
Any experience with drafting submissions for The Legal 500 or Chambers would be an added bonus.
