Marketing Associate

Salary: Circa £35,000

An exciting opportunity to join our No1 workplace pension provider in the UK.

Execute B2B Marketing campaigns that support our workplace pensions business to deliver its commercial targets.

A bit about the job:

Execute trading and brand/reputation focussed marketing campaigns, targeting B2B workplace audiences (employers and Advisers) to support delivery of Workplace Pensions commercial targets.

Plan and deliver campaigns to achieve set goals, measure, evaluate and refine marketing activity to deliver optimum marketing return for effort and budget deployed.

Collaborative within a team of 7 FTEs, dedicated to Workplace Go To Market, embracing agile working practices, leveraging expertise from our marketing centres of excellence to ideate, plan and deliver your marketing activity plan.

Work across a range of media – email programme, thought leadership, proposition campaigns, events, webinars, awards, insight, executed through direct comms, digital and social media channels.

Leverage owned channels and social/PR/insight to optimise audience experience and trading outcomes both on and offline.

Ensure all communications are fit for purpose from a brand and regulatory / financial promotions perspective, ensuring they remain up to date, reliant and compliant.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Understanding and experience of marketing media, channels, tools, techniques, and performance metrics.

Experience of retirement product categories.

Proven track record of marketing communication delivery, on time and within budget.

Excellent understanding of marketing processes and ideally financial services.

An understanding and or experience of agile working practices, awareness of financial promotion and our broader regulatory environment.

Salary Cira £35,000 (subject to location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
