About the Role:

As a central figure in our Sales and Marketing department, you will wield the power of marketing to boost business growth, enhance parent satisfaction, and streamline our internal communications. Leading a talented team of four marketing executives, you'll craft strategies that are not only effective but truly inspiring.

What You'll Do:

· Strategize and Execute: Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to craft and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.

· Lead and Inspire: Manage our skilled team of marketing professionals, guiding them in their growth and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

· Drive Engagement: Implement and manage a robust content strategy that boosts organic traffic and nurtures customer engagement both internally and externally.

· Innovate and Adapt: Keep abreast of the latest in digital marketing to continually enhance our approach and tactics.

About you:

· An experienced B2C communication expert with 3-5 years under your belt, ideally with people management experience.

· An instinctive marketer with generalist experience and an aptitude for trying new things.

· A superb communicator and leader, capable of inspiring a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
