They install and commission new water, gas, electric and telecoms/fibre infrastructure across the North, covering residential, commercial and industrial projects.

The roleReporting into the Director the main purpose of the role is to be the commercial lead for the business.

You will oversee multiple projects which will be a range of NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts.

You will be responsible for the overall financial delivery of the projects, offering commercial expertise to your team for the full project life cycle.

The personThis opportunity would suit an experienced surveyor who has excellent leadership skills.

You will be accountable for the commercial team and will want to push the team forward to contribute to the company’s success.

Strong commercial and personal influencing skills are essential for the role.

Experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Surveyor looking to step up would be considered.

Our client looks for excellent cost management and reporting skills.

You will be overseeing multiple projects so it's important you can absorb complex information and manage your time accordingly.
