We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for this well-established company in the bearings industry to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership to new heights of success.
The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management and team leadership, leading the company to its next phase of growth.
As an ideal candidate, you will be a Managing Director with perhaps the experience of leading smaller companies but with the sophistication to manage and foster relationships with large multi-national suppliers, key outsource partners and clients.
You will be able to demonstrate a high level of success both in your internal and external relationships and communications.
Highly developed negotiation skills are seen as a key requirement for this role.
The ability to achieve the best from colleagues in developing the business proposition and its activities for planned growth and satisfaction across the many aspects of the Company is essential.
Board level reporting including analysis and expansion of available data will be a key internal requisite as will the presentation of this valuable information.
Being highly numerate, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

Salary: £80k plus quarterly bonus and other benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday; 40 paid hours per week.
