Your Company: The talent acquisition team at NET Recruit are delighted to be supporting a growing educational business operating within the South East, London & Home Counties area, who are actively seeking a Managing Director to join the team. With several years of success behind them, the business is seeking a highly diligent professional to join the team to help develop operational systems to help support future growth across the company.Role and Responsibilities While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Developing a strategic plan for the next 5 years, ensuring its successful execution
  • Supporting the construction of successful financial and operational strategies, with the aim of promoting the growth of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation
  • Maintaining and deploying efficient operating and quality systems, aimed with promoting a successful service delivery to ensure high standards are being considered at all times
  • Seeking ways to expand services aimed at pushing growth forwards across all sites
  • Managing various managers and contractors across mutliple business functions including HR, Marketing and Accounting, keeping in mind team growth and training needs in line with business objectives
  • Proposing solutions for promoting brand visibility and reputation within the market, alongside meeting targets for annual turnover growth
What You Will Need To Apply: To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must have significant experience operating in a senior leadership capacity, particuarly at Managing Director level, and be able to display excellent operational management and financial growth abilities. Previous success within a strategic planning and development capacity is also sought after. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are also a neccessity of this role, as the position holder will be expected to be able to foster strong business relationships with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders.What You Will Get In Return: For the successful candidate, a base salary of up to £100,000 is on offer, to accompany a comprehensive remuneration package and additional incentives to fully reward and motivate you.
