Maintenance SurveyorStafford (Hybrid Working) 37 hours pwPermanent£38,500pa + VanHamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be completing inspections across Shropshire and Staffordshire on void and tenanted social housing propertiesResponsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:Provide solutions to deal with repairs or maintenanceAssist operatives whilst on site for complex issuesOrganise inspections after diagnostic solutionsProvide a high quality of work to customers and stakeholdersComplete relevant admin dutiesRaise and manage work ordersDevelop detailed specificationsProvide technical support for disrepair, reactive repairs, and complaints Requirements of the Maintenance Surveyor includes:UK driving licenceMinimum of a HNC in a construction related disciplineWorked within domestic settings To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Connor Lamb - Resourcing Consultant at Hamilton Woods on (phone number removed) or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
