Maintenance Engineer in North Stoneham

Role: Maintenance EngineerSalary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annumHours: Panamar Shift Pattern, 12 hour shifts, 2 weeks on days and 4 weeks on nightsLocation: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Ringwood, Winchester, Eastleigh, Ringwood, Portsmouth and surrounding areasCompanyWe are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to work within a large, new and modern industrial company at one of their leading factories.

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Engineers get the opportunity to cover both electro-mechanical maintenance work across the factory, and you are encouraged and supported to develop your weaker side, whether this be mechanical or electrical.

You will benefit from a modern and clean environment backed by a large company who invest in their Engineers.

Production machinery runs from 7am until 11pm, and the shift pattern listed provides Engineers to work re-actively during the days combating breakdowns and machinery problems, and in the evening (night shift), working through planned preventative maintenance and project work.

RequirementsMaintenance or Service background in a similar environment, such as industrial, manufacturing, production or automated etc.

Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold an engineering qualificationSome/ANY of the following experience; motors, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, boilers, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, 3 phase, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics etc.
