X5 Junior UX Design Engineers - London or Belfast - Flexible Hybrid - £25-35k
Areti Group have partnered with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency company who are seeking x5 Java Software Engineers of various levels of experience - Junior through to Senior level - who are working across multiple sectors.
You will join one of our small, fast-paced, agile delivery teams; using agile methodology and to build backend systems and web applications.
You will be working on cutting edge technologies alongside some of the best software engineers in the UK.
Salary - £25-35k
Flexible Hybrid - Can be based in London or Belfast

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years industry experience
- Experience of contributing to/or creating a design system from scratch
- Deep competency in Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skillset across the UX deliverable spectrum from information architectures and stakeholder interviews through to complete high fidelity interfaces
- Experience gathering client requirements and creating specifications for design
Desirable
- Front-end experience in HTML and CSS
- Good workshopping chops
- Experience making clickable prototypes
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and/or other frameworks
- Experience of mentoring and coaching other team members
- A keen eye for designing for business value
