Job Title: Logistics Administrator Location: Speke Salary: £22,425 per annumHours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pmType: PermanentDue to our client's continuous growth, Russell Taylor Group are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Speke. Main duties & Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage orders, and oversee replenishments in the warehouse • Produce collection and delivery notes• Ad-hoc admin duties• Use office software including emails, spreadsheets and databases.• Print correct shipping labels • Manage purchase orders and invoices• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure the fulfilment of client orders• Prepare and process necessary shipping and customs documents• Allocate customer orders into the warehouse for pickingTraining & Qualifications:• In date RTITB Counterbalance FLT licence is mandatory• Strong IT skills• Previous experience within warehouse and transport servicesSkills:• Motivated team player• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams as role will be working within the office and warehouse • Strong communication skills• Ability to prioritise under pressure and work on your own initiativeBenefits:• Potential overtime available• Excellent holiday package which increases with years of service• Company pension• On site parking Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
