A fabulous well established Estate Agency in Hale, are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Valuer, you could be a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to to step up, a Lettings Valuer or an established Lettings Manager, the key is you're passion, drive, ambition, and personality fit in the team. They are hardworking, down to earth, fun and professional.
Having experience in the Hale or Sale area would be hugely beneficial.
Salary £28-32k Basic
Commission: £10-15k on top depending on office and person.
HoursMonday Friday 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-4pm)
- Business generation in the local area
- Manage landlord expectations and advise accordingly.
- Conduct Market appraisals on local properties
- Price on service and value over competitor cost.
- Motivate & Lead a young enthusiastic lettings team
- Oversee the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met
- Advertise available properties and attract potential tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations related to lettings
