Lettings OfficerStafford, StaffordshireMinimum 3-Month Contract£17.68 - £22.59 per hourOur client, a housing organisation based within Staffordshire, is looking to recruit a Lettings Officer on a 3-month temporary contractDaily duties of the Lettings Officer consist of:Ensure vacant properties are let efficiently, in accordance with the Lettings Policy and proceduresAssist in ensuring the Housing Register is accurate and up to date by accurately assessing Housing Applications from applicants seeking re-housingDeliver a local housing advice and information service for people in need of rehousingEnsuring properties are terminated and tenants are advised of legal rightsUpdating, assessing, and maintaining Housing registry applicationsAllocating vacant properties accordinglyPre-tenancy checks and assessmentsReferring tenants to ensure tenancies are sustainedWorking to minimise re-let period of voidsResponding to complaintsEssential experience of the Lettings Officer:Hold an Enhanced DBS (or able to complete)Previous experience working within Housing or Lettings If you believe you are well suited to the Lettings Officer role then please apply, for more information then please contact Chrissie Howard at Sellick Partnership DerbySellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
