Lettings Negotiator in Manchester

£30,000 plus OTEOur client is a highly respected property company with multiple offices globally.

They are seeking an experienced lettings negotiator for their Manchester portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the letting of properties, including conducting viewings, negotiating rents, and preparing tenancy agreements.

Excellent salary, negotiable depending on experience.

Purpose of the RoleTo facilitate all New Lettings and Renewals negotiation for quality apartments in multiple sites in Manchester.

Completing applicant vetting and administration including ID Checks and Right to Rent.

Negotiating and managing renewals.

To act as first point of contact for new letting applications, responding in a timely manner to all new inquiries.

Achieving client set KPI’s and targets.

Arranging and conducting property viewings.

Negotiating and processing offers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Current Proven Experience in Lettings Negotiation/Management Regulation and Legislation Knowledge: Current and comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.

Excellent Communication: Proficient in both written and spoken communication with excellent etiquette.

Practical Approach: Demonstrates a common-sense approach to problem-solving.

Quick Thinking: Ability to think on their feet and make well-considered decisions.

Personality: Outgoing, warm, and friendly demeanor.

Organisational Skills: Highly organised, meticulous, and tenacious.

Technical Proficiency: IT literate and savvy with social media.
