This is a full time, permanent role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am - 5.00pm and Thursday 10am-6pm.

In addition to 1 in 7 Saturdays 9.00am - 12.30pm.

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator, a highly motivated team player to join their team

Lettings negotiator or property is an advantage, but a sales background is essential

Key Responsibilities of Lettings Negotiator

-Conducting viewings and letting properties
-Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
-Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
-Facilitating a let through to move in
-Assisting with business generation
-Various ad-hoc administration office duties
-Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
