Private Client Legal Secretary - East London - Up to £30,000

The Role

This multi-accredited legal practice is seeking a Legal Secretary who will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service to multiple Exec's in their east London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a niche field and manage relationships with HNW and high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within the legal field and will need to be proactive and responsible in managing their own workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening new files and completing Anti-Money Laundering checks
• Preparing and drafting documents
• Inbox management
• Supporting the Business Development Team with organising and attending meetings and events
• Diary management and coordination
• Amending documents
• Digital dictation
• Drafting letters of engagement
• Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance

Key Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to multi-task and work independently without support
