Our client, a major name in its specialist field, is very keen to attract an experienced Legal PA to work evenings between the hours of 3 pm and 9 pm Monday to Friday.
The successful Legal PA will provide a full and extensive PA / Legal secretary service to Partners and Associates within their organisation.
Duties for the position will include, but are not limited to:
- Amending complex documents
- Organising travel (booking flights and hotels)
- Organising diaries
- Legal documentation
- Extensive client contact
- Adhoc administration and personal work.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Litigation law at a noted City law firm with fast, accurate typing/advanced IT skills and a conscientious approach to your working career.
