About the company: They are a renowned law firm situated in one of London's most iconic buildings, offering a dynamic and supportive working environment. They pride themselves on exceptional client service and commitment to professional growth and development.
Role Overview: They are seeking highly experienced Legal Secretaries to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a busy law firm and possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, working at the Partner level, corporate experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls.
- Document
- Handling email enquiries efficiently.
- Managing and organising diaries.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence.
- Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
- Organising and scheduling client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
