Suitable for Paralegal career changers, or Future Trainee Solicitors seeking a 12-month FTC before the commencement of a Training Contract.Also suitable for candidates looking for a career in legal recruitment long term.Law or legal recruitment background essential.About UsBirchrose Associates is a specialist, boutique legal recruitment agency, dedicated to recruiting high calibre solicitors and legal support staff for leading law firms across the UK, including Silver Circle, Top 100, and boutique practices.We are part of Huntress, a 20-year strong, successful recruitment company with just under 100 employees.About the RoleAs a Legal Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a team of experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants with an emphasis on candidate attraction and market research, primarily focused on the London market. This is a full time role, working a minimum of three days in our Farringdon office. Working hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm and on occasion, you may be expected to work later.The role is fast paced and varied. You must be adaptable, as you will be supporting multiple consultants with different specialisms. Duties include:Sourcing high calibre legal candidates for live vacancies utilising LinkedIn, job sites and specialist data toolsWriting and posting job advertisements, conducting initial screening calls and shortlistingMarket research and analysis including circulating vacancies, insights and industry news to the relevant consultantsGenerating lists of prospect clients in preparation for consultants' business development activityWriting blogs, articles and posts for the website and company LinkedIn pageThe role is hugely rewarding and integral to our team's success.
