Legal Executive in Manchester

The firm is looking for an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal with expertise in Residential Development to assist the Partner in the International Property Investment Unit Department.

About the Role:

• Direct Assistance: Work closely with the Partner in the International Property Investment Unit
• Client Interaction: Daily interaction with colleagues and Clients at every level
• Diverse Work: Handle Newbuild and off-plan purchases for buyers/investors, and act as panel Solicitors for Major Lenders
• International Exposure: Attend exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur to assist buyers/investors with the Conveyancing process

The Team:

• International Property Investment: Consists of 6 qualified UK Solicitors and 5 supporting staff
• Global Presence: 7 team members are based in Hong Kong, with the rest in its Manchester office
• Dynamic Environment: The firm is continually evolving and looking for individuals with a 'can do' mentality

About You:

• Genuine Interest: A genuine desire to work within the Residential Development area
• Experience: Prior experience in Residential Development is essential
• Skills: Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, organisational skills, good IT skills, discretion, and professionalism
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Language Skills: Cantonese speaking is essential
