AVA Energy are partnered with a leading renewable developer of Wind, Solar and Energy storage, in supporting the expansion of their Legal department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support across the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and permitting to financing, construction, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all aspects of the project comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.
Qualifications:
- England and Wales qualification.
- Renewable energy law and project development experience or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, regulatory, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
