My clients have a global reach and are looking for a candidate who ideally has experience of dealing with PRS or general lettings. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a large, multi award winning property company who can offer unrivalled benefits and long term career progression.
Leasing Manager – Benefits

£24k basic plus commission, quarterly bonus, annual bonus &; annual reviews.

Leasing Manager – Duties:

Booking in and attending on site lettings viewings.
Organising tenancies.
Ensuring maximum occupancy rates.
Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
Negotiating lets.
Updating online portals.
Striving to meet and exceed KPI’s.
Helping to create marketing material.

Leasing Manager – Experience Needed

Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally within PRS.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
You will be target driven and ambitious.
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
