We are currently seeking passionate SEND Learning Support Assistants for a special educational needs school located in Stoke-on-Trent.

There are both full and part time positions available.

Both roles are available for an immediate start as well as September 2024 and will continue on a long-term basis.

This school caters for students from the age of 5- 19 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

Your role is to support the students with their learning and general wellbeing to ensure every student has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.

You must be able to engage with the students, build positive relationships and help them to develop essential skills for life beyond education.

Like many SEN environments, your duties are likely to vary and therefore candidates will need to be flexible and be able to lend a hand whenever required.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum)
