As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in groups to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment while offering students individualised support and assisting them in realising their full potential.

The school is looking for someone to put customised learning strategies into place that are adapted to the specific needs of each student.

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant will have: Experience: It is very beneficial to have prior experience providing educational support, especially in one-on-one and group settings.

Possession of a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or its equivalentDependability: Your dependability and dedication are crucial, regardless of whether you drive or use public transportation.

Real enthusiasm for teaching and assisting pupils in reaching their goals.

Adaptability: The capacity to change to suit different learning situations and requirements.

A valid driver's licence is ideal, but it's not required if you use public transportation consistently.

Working with children or in educational environments prior experience is advantageous.
