Are you a seasoned Java expert who thrives on solving complex problems and mentoring talented developers? ApplauseIT is recruiting a Lead Software Engineer on behalf of this company who is shaping the future of pension technology. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be given full reigns to Define, build, and deploy new products and features for their expanding customer base. You will also, drive technological advancements with DevOps tools such as Chef, Vagrant, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer, and Docker. Finally, as a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute to our recruitment campaigns and promotion processes.

About You:

Experienced Java developer with a passion for Agile development and XP practices such as TDD.
Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic coach eager to mentor and develop others.
Proactive and inquisitive, ready to challenge the norm and improve our processes.
Comfortable working with specialists across UX design, product development, testing, and customer engagement.
