Team.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our software engineering team, providing essential technical leadership and steering the direction of our projects.
Your mission will be to champion outstanding software engineering practices, uphold superior coding standards, and implement efficient engineering processes, including automation and CI/CD, within our agile framework.
With your superb stakeholder management and communication abilities, you’ll be instrumental in forging strong collaborations across Flagship Group, driving the creation of top-notch software solutions that benefit our customers and, ultimately, our tenan
ts.

You’ll be a mentor, guiding your team through healthy discussions, decision-making, and providing tailored development plans to aid their career growth and personal advancement.
As part of the scrum team, you’re expected to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technical solutions, pushing the boundaries of innovation for both new and existing products.
Your hands-on agile experience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies will ensure that Flagship remains at the forefront of adopting sustainable, high-performance, secure, and quality technical solutions that align with our customer expectations.
This position offers the flexibility of agile working, with the expectation of being present at our Norwich office at least twice a week.
We invite applications from seasoned professionals with a robust background in software engineering within a Microsoft .
Net cloud environment and a proven track record in technology leadership and management.
A deep understanding of the scrum framework and experience leading scrum teams are essential.
Your technical toolkit should include proficiency in C#.
NET/ASP.
Net, Entity Framework, contemporary web development, JSON, AJAX, Azure, and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor, along with MVC/Razor and Microservice architecture
design.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
