The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist & Team Leader – for a maternity cover period (minimum 6 months) for one of our amazing insurance clients for their broker lounge in the city.

What does being a Corporate Receptionist & Team Leader look like?
You will spearhead customer service operations in the vibrant broker lounge, delivering exceptional service to all visitors. The lounge welcomes a diverse array of clients who expect a warm, engaging, and helpful hosting experience. Your polished presentation, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will ensure seamless interactions with clients and stakeholders, enhancing the overall experience. · Welcome: You will be friendly, courteous, and punctual
· Leadership: Manage and lead a team including 1x Receptionist/DayMaker.
· Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experience for guests, employees, and the client team.
· Ownership: Take ownership of the surrounding areas to maintain a welcoming and high-standard environment.
· Communication: Communicate effectively with the client facilities team.
· Positive Attitude: Approach tasks with a consistently positive and can-do attitude.
· Attention to Detail: Maintain the space to high standards, ensuring it is well-prepared and inviting.
· Commitment to Excellence: Uphold high standards in both the physical environment and overall customer experience.
· Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of a dynamic meeting space, popular with brokers and other clients.
· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
· Event Coordination: Organize and support events, ensuring all involved parties are well-informed and the environment is adequately prepared.

Job Types: Maternity Cover, 6 months minimum
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
