Summary:

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our business-critical systems.

This role requirs designing, implementing, and managing highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Anthos, Terraform, Kubernetes, ISTIO, and ArgoCD.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes multi-region deployments to ensure optimal performance and reliability across geographical regions.
• Implement event-driven autoscaling using KEDA and Knative for efficient resource utilization and cost optimization.
• Streamline build and deployment processes using Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and/or TeamCity to achieve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Set up robust tracing and observability tools, such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger, to monitor system health, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and improve system reliability.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and container orchestration technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing business-critical systems in production environments. Linux and Kubernetes experience is a must.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automating deployment and management tasks.
• Strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes, including ISTIO service mesh and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes multi-region deployments and disaster recovery strategies.
