We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team at a reputable primary school.

This is a full-time, long-term position offering a competitive daily rate of £160-£210, depending on experience and qualifications.

Application Requirements:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS.

• Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students in a primary school setting.

Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Attributes: A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Creative and adaptable in approach to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:• Planning and Delivering Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards for Key Stage 2 students.

Ensure lessons are tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of the students.

• Assessment and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, providing feedback and support where needed.

Prepare detailed reports on student performance for parents and school leadership.

• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Manage student behavior effectively, maintaining high standards of discipline and respect.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan and deliver cohesive and comprehensive educational experiences.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
