We are seeking Kitchen Fitters to join a large social housing contractor team on a Subcontracting basis. In this role, you will be working in tenanted social housing properties based in Hillingdon Bourough area (10 MILE RADIUS PATCH, VERY LIMITED TRAVEL), ensuring the refurbishment tasks are carried out to a high standard.The length of this contract is 12+ monthsThe requirements for this role mean you have to be skilled in the following trades:-Carpenter/Joinery with the ability to fit full kitchens.Pay will be a day rate of £190.00Requirements-Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm-Own Van-Own Tools-Full UK Driving Licence-Social Housing Experience-Clean DBSOperatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears CIS or Ltd CompanyStart date : ASAP, tomorrow if possibleTo register your interest for this role please apply to this advert, or contact Simona from R9 Recruitment
