MS497 - Junior Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Nottingham Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annumOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Junior Vehicle Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining & repairing vehicles to a high standard, in a prompt and caring manner ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect vehicles, prior to and on completion of service, maintenance or repair work.Undertake diagnosis of repair requirements to vehicles.Procure parts required to complete the work instructions.Ensure a final inspection of all work is implemented and when requested, fully test if safety related or a customer concern.Record accurate details of work done on Repair Order and other information required by policy and statutory procedure.Participate in on-going training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.Ability to complete allocated tasks in a timely manner.Skills and Qualifications:Time Served experience plus relevant qualifications, preferably Level 2.Dealership experience is preferable but not essential.Full UK Driving Licence.Able to work in a team
