About The Role

As a Junior UI Designer, you will support the design team in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Working closely with senior designers, you will assist in creating high-fidelity designs, developing design systems, and refining visual concepts.

This role is perfect for a creative and enthusiastic individual looking to grow their career in UI design within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll be doing:

  • Assist in creating high-fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure cohesive and user-centred design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Support the design team in maintaining consistency and quality across all projects.

What You Have:

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • A good understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
