The Role

You will be working with and supporting senior stakeholders at director level to aid them in achieving their growth within technology projects.

These stakeholders are globally recognised brands and face challenges- so it is key to understand this and help offer a solution by sourcing and providing them with the best talent available.

Training

Successful candidates will receive 12 months of tailored training.

You will also be working closely with a designated mentor and a variety of our best recruiters to help you become a fully independent consultant by the end of the first year.

You will be:

• Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
• Seek new clients and create new business opportunities.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
• Actively headhunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
• Hit revenue targets.
• Create a network of key stakeholders.

The successful candidate must:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
• Have a success-driven mentality and a strong work ethic.
• Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Be resilience, self-motivated, and proactive.

• OTE up to £45k in your first year.
