Job Description

As the Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:

• Working with managers to understand their hiring needs
• Advertising job descriptions online
• Sorting through job applications and contacting the most relevant candidates for initial screening
• Arranging face to face interviews
• Taking feedback and putting it into play
• Offering the successful applicants and taking them through the on-boarding process
• Building candidate pipelines as instructed by the business
• Keeping on top of local recruitment patterns
