About therole

We are seeking a graduatelevel candidate who is looking to establish their marketingconsulting career with a keen interest in integrated accountmanagement passionate about the clientprovider relationships andwants to work on gotomarket strategies to accelerate growth forsome of the worlds largest companies.

Themission of this role whilst you build your consulting experience isto ensure engagements are delivered brilliantly with an exceptionalclient experience. This role includes supporting onconsultingengagements to drive exceptional impact for our clients such asresearch developing reports and presentations and capturing ourbest deliverables to codify the work were doing. Critically thisrole also includes parting with our consultants on the daytodayproject delivery to keep our team on budget and on time.

About therole

  • ServiceDelivery Excellence : Youll collaborate with ourconsultants to ensure excellence in service delivery supportingvarious tasks including research data analysis report editing andwriting proposal development and stakeholder mapping. Your focus ondetail and comprehensive understanding of client stakeholderlandscapes will be pivotal.
  • OperationalExcellence : Your involvement in key processes willfacilitate effective team management and financial forecastingensuring timely delivery of highquality work and fostering aproductive and fulfilled team.
  • ContinuousImprovement : You will play a vital role in observingand contributing to the ongoing improvement of our practiceswhether through handson support or facilitating debrief sessions.Your efforts will not only support engagements but also drive thelearning and evolution of the wider team based on the exceptionalwork we deliver.
  • Data andSystems Management: Your responsibility will includemaintaining uptodate records on our core platforms tracking keyperformance indicators and ensuring the accuracy and accessibilityof all information.
