About the Role: As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will join our Finance Department at the vibrant heart of Lea Riverside.

This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to impact financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile historical and future financial data to maintain integrity and alignment with financial models.
• Enhance productivity and growth with accurate reporting and data-driven insights.
• Implement data modeling techniques to optimize organizational effectiveness.
• Support annual price reviews and profitability reporting for operations and customers.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect, compile, and analyze data that informs business decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Participate in research and analysis projects led by business analysts and the CFO.

Essential Skills/Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
• Proactive and organized, able to deliver precise work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, with the capacity to independently drive tasks to completion.

Desirable:

• Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools.
• Previous exposure to the environmental services or recycling industry.
