Our client, a creative agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for finding and converting prospective new clients into paying customers.

This is a challenging and highly rewarding role within a friendly, dynamic team.

The primary objective of this role is to identify new opportunities over the phone and arranging and attending meetings.

This role is predominantly office based but will require two to four client meetings and presentations per week.

You will be making over 50 calls to prospective clients per day targeting a provided database.

The position is likely to be 100% office based during the first two months whilst appointments are being agreed.
