What we need from you?

As a Java developer we expect you to hit the ground running.

You will know Java well and will be comfortable using JUnit, Ant, JSON, REST, Eclipse IDE and related technologies.

You will be comfortable following design documentation and specifications and maintaining them as solutions change.

A knowledge of data platforms including relational DBMS platforms and SQL is necessary.

You will have:

• At least two years’ experience of developing Java applications and services
• A working knowledge of relational DBMS platforms and SQL.
• Experience of working in agile environments and the use of Jira and Confluence.
• A hunger to develop, learn and grow.
• A meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills including the maintenance of system documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem solving.
• A resourceful and professional curiosity, with a drive to find appropriate solutions.
