The IT Technical Account Manager is responsible for supporting the sales process by providing deep technical knowledge and communicating how technology products can solve market / client problems. This role involves close collaboration with the sales teams, engaging with clients, and contributing to the company’s market presence through various activities.
The IT Technical Account Manager will support client engagement with our technology suite via presentations and demonstrations at client and prospective client meetings, articulate our technology proposition through the production of compelling RFP responses and market collateral, present and maintain the profile of our technology offering at appropriate market events, and attend supplier briefings to understand the latest technologies and trends. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance and highly regulated industries, as well as the ability to communicate how complex technical products can solve particular business problems.
