IT Operations Manager – (IT, Operations, Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Service Delivery) – Permanent – LancasterCharles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for an IT Operations Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious local business based in the heart of Lancaster.

Location: Lancaster (This role will be on site 3 days per week)Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum D.

ESkills/Requirements for the IT Operations Manager: * Previous experience within a similar role * Strong service delivery experience, including multiple projects in parallel * Management of small Infrastructure/IT teams * Roadmap architecture * Extensive Stakeholder Management * Experience of working with multiple 3rd party vendorsStart date is ASAP for the IT Operations ManagerThe IT Operations Manager will be responsible for: * Supporting the businesses core applications, ensuring the availability, performance and change requests are fit for purpose * Managing the extensive 3rd party vendor network the business currently operates with * Developing the digital strategy in conjunction with the Head of IT * Ensuring a high performing Infrastructure/IT Team is fit for purpose * Developing the internal IT staff to ensure strong career progression and development opportunities within * Dealing with high level stakeholders on a regular basis to provide performance and business updates * Maintaining and updating the IT Policies and Procedures regularly * In conjunction with the Head of IT produce a long term roadmap for developing the internal applications within the IT estatePlease send an up-to-date copy of your CV to be considered for the IT Operations ManagerIT Operations Manager – (IT, Operations, Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Service Delivery) – Permanent – Lancaster
